Provide emergency sanctuary and other services for adults and children affected by domestic violence

Boys Hope Girls Hope of St. Louis:  $10,000

Provide year-round residential care as well as academic and emotional support needed to prepare for college

College Bound:  $20,000

Provide low income students with the support necessary to succeed in a four-year college

Immigrant & Refugee Women’s Program:  $12,000

Support general operations and train and retain volunteers

Legal Advocates for Abused Women:  $20,000

Continue legal representation and a crisis line for low-income abused women and their children

Little Bit Foundation:  $20,000

Give clothing and supplies to disadvantaged school children

Mildred Brady and Rena Martin Charitable Eye Foundation:  $25,000

Provide comprehensive eye care to the indigent, homeless and other medically disenfranchised of the STL community

Project Backpack:  $15,000

Support the executive director’s salary and provide necessities for children removed from their homes

Ready Readers:  $15,000

Recruit and train volunteer readers and buy books for at-risk preschool children

St. Louis ArtWorks:  $4,000

Support four apprentices in a summer art internship program for at-risk teens

St. Martha’s Hall:  $20,000

Provide therapy for children in shelter care with mothers recovering from domestic violence

Sherwood Forest Camp:  $4,000

Underwrite the cost of sending six disadvantaged youth to overnight summer camp

Voices for Children:  $20,000

Train volunteer advocates for children in foster care
