Volunteer Event - Building a Garden with Urban Harvest

Urban Harvest, a 2023 SOS grantee, is building a garden at Guardian Angel Child Development Center. Volunteers are needed to help build a High Tunnel Hoop House, repair the greenhouse, build bleachers, plant a food forest, a native sensory garden, farm rows, and a willow hut. 

Urban Harvest is always always in need of inkless, flattened cardboard and 5 gallon buckets for use in their farms. Donations of these items are welcome on the day of the event.

Parking: The farm at Guardian Angel Child Development Center is located behind the building with parking on the street by the garden (no need to enter the building).
